If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know your concerns. We'll do our best to make you happy. If you have received a damaged or incorrect sample of tea, please email us. All teas and that have been opened incur a 40% restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference (i.e. you decided that herbals are not your cup of tea), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us. Simply drop us a line and we will guide you through the process. All items with the exception of sample pouches are returnable. You will have a choice of received store credit, a refund on your credit card, or a replacement.
